1.3 Property and Contact Data
The Service provides access to publicly available property records and skip-traced contact information sourced from third-party data providers. This data pertains to property owners and is not derived from our users' personal information. We do not sell or share our users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
3.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service prior to your information being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your account data for 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be deleted.
We retain billing records and transaction history as required by applicable law, typically for a period of seven (7) years.
